Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli

skinless, boneless Chicken Breasts, pounded 
Dry Fettuccine or Spaghetti Pasta (6 ounces or so)
3/4 package Cream Cheese (8 ounce)
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Chicken Stock
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/2 Onion, chopped
