Fresh Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

A pretty easy and popular appetizers which goes over pretty well at a gathering is hot Artichoke dip.  I’ve eaten spinach dip cold, but liked the idea of adding fresh spinach to my artichoke recipe because I somehow justified that it would make it somewhat healthier.  I recently also had an abundance on hand in my fridge and thought it would be a good way to utilize some of it!   If you do any research at all, you will find that Spinach is low in calories and high in vitamins and it is one of the most nutrient-dense foods in existence.  I’m fortunate that Bill likes it in just about any form, so I keep trying to put it into the dishes I create icloud all photos at the same time! This is vibrant colored appetizer and was enjoyed by all.  We ate it on top of crunch garlic smeared crustini’s !

Ingredients:

2-3 Cups Chopped Spinach
1 14 oz spiegel online app for free. Can Artichoke Hearts
1 1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Garlic Cloves, smashed
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Drain the artichokes and chop into small pieces.  Chop thee fresh spinach in a food processor until fine linux distributionen herunterladen. (It reduces in volume significantly!)

Combine all other ingredients until smooth.  Spread into a baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.  Bake a 350 uncovered for about 30 minutes anleitungen.

Serve with toasted bread or crackers!
