Bon Appetite!

Ranch Salad Dressing

Written By: Chris - Jun• 17•13

I was having the kids and Bill’s folks over for dinner the other night and though I usually make my dressing with Buttermilk, this day I was out of it and decided to create this simple and delicious dressing with just a few extra ingredients that I had on hand.  Both my daughter Michelle & my mother in law Karen asked for this recipe, so it’s here for you all to enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream
1 Cup Hellman’s Mayo (You could use light, it tastes good but not the same!)
1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1 teaspoon of Granulated Garlic
Dash of Salt
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped

Wash, dry and chop the parsley.

flat leaf parsley

Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously until blended smooth!  Keep chilled and enjoy over fresh veggies or on a salad!

Enjoy!

Cheers!
