Butternut Squash Soup

Roast one large Butternut squash: Drizzle with a mixture of the juice of a freshly squeezed Orange, 3 Tablespoons of sugar-free Maple Syrup, 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil and 2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon.
